TIER 1 - ai Adoption (2-3 Hours)
Begin with the fundamentals of AI, focusing on security and daily application. Participants learn essential prompt generation techniques and strategies to identify safe operational zones for AI usage.
- Understand how AI works
- Learn safe usage of Enterprise Approved AI Tools
- Master everyday workflows using AI (writing, research, analysis)
- Apply the “Green Zone vs Red Zone” framework to identify in which tasks you should and should not use AI
- Learn about the limitations of AI including Bias, Hallucinations and Context Windows.
- Introduction to Agentic AI

Tier 2 - AI application (3-4 Hours)
Progress to advanced topics including custom agents and deeper risk mitigation strategies. Employees will gain skills in advanced prompt architecture and learn to utilize internal resources securely in AI workflows.

Tier 3: The Everyday Playbook (2-3 Hours)
This is where learners move from using AI for individual tasks to redesigning how work gets done. They learn how to identify high-value opportunities, map and improve workflows, combine human judgment with AI systems, and measure real business impact.
